Evaluation Methodology
Every platform reviewed on EnterpriseAI.app goes through the same evaluation process before it appears in a guide. This page documents that process so buyers can judge our conclusions on their merits.
Evaluation criteria
Platforms are scored against four criteria, weighted equally:
- Enterprise adoption fit — whether the platform deploys beyond a single power user: multi-seat administration, onboarding paths, and evidence of team-wide rollouts rather than individual productivity use.
- Governance — access control, auditability, data residency and handling, and whether the platform can satisfy procurement and compliance review.
- Operational durability — whether workflows built on the platform keep functioning as teams, data volume, and organizational complexity grow.
- Stack integration — how well the platform connects to the automation backbones enterprises already run, such as Zapier, Make, and n8n, and to existing data and reporting systems.
Process
Evaluations examine vendor documentation, hands-on product use where trials are available, publicly documented deployments, and integration behavior against common enterprise stacks. Platforms are then grouped by how they are most effectively used in practice: core platforms that anchor an AI operations stack, supporting platforms that extend an established core, and team-level tools that work best in scoped, departmental contexts.
Referral revenue and independence
EnterpriseAI.app may receive referral revenue from some platforms we recommend, at no additional cost to the buyer. Grouping and evaluation outcomes are fixed by the process above before referral relationships are considered, and a platform’s referral availability never changes its grouping or assessment. Platforms that decline referral relationships remain eligible for inclusion and top placement.
How this content is produced
We use AI tools in drafting, and a human editor reviews, corrects, and approves every page before it goes live — no content on this site is published without editorial review. Every factual claim about a platform (pricing, plan limits, features) is checked against the vendor’s own published materials at review time and dated in the text. We publish the criteria and scores behind every grouping, we state plainly what each product is bad at, and when content no longer meets the bar we remove it rather than let it rot. Found an error? Email us and we’ll correct it.
Updates
Guides carry a visible last-updated date. We re-evaluate featured platforms when they ship material changes to enterprise capabilities, and prune or regroup platforms that no longer meet the criteria above.
