Referral links
Some links on this site are referral (affiliate) links. If you click one and later sign up or purchase, the platform may pay us a commission. This never adds to your cost — you pay the same price either way.
How referrals relate to our evaluations
- Platforms are evaluated and grouped — core, supporting, or team-level — by our evaluation process before any referral relationship is considered.
- A platform’s willingness (or refusal) to offer a referral program never changes its grouping or assessment.
- We do not accept payment for placement, and no platform can buy its way into a guide.
Why we disclose
Beyond being required by the U.S. FTC’s endorsement guides, we think you can only weigh a recommendation if you know how the recommender is paid. Every guide that contains referral links carries a disclosure notice.
